George Beis, humble beginnings:
* George cooked for 10 years at the Red Carpet Steak House(1970-1980).
Here he is seen serving up 100 orders of steak and lobster here, while he owned the Grande Cache Hotel Restaurant business from 1980 to 1986.
* After moving to Canada from Greece in 1965, George and Vicky Beis learned to cook in Calgary restaurants. Before taking over the Big Horn Restaurant in 1988.
